At Overloadtshirts , we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged
Important Conditions for Exchanges (Size Issues):
- An unpacking video is mandatory to initiate an exchange for an item.
- The exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Exchange Process for Damaged Goods:
- Initiate Exchange: Contact our support team at overloadtshirts.com@gmail.com. with your order number, a description of the issue, and the unpacking video clearly showing the damage.
- Review: Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement.
- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
